Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
If you need to request cancellation, please email us immediately at jay@bob-usa.com

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at jay@bob-usa.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including a photo of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method (GoDaddy Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded for safety and hygiene reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Opened beauty or personal care products
  • Supplements, protein shakes, or consumable goods
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund as appropriate.

International Orders

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company.
  • Then contact your payment provider (PayPal, GoDaddy Payments, etc.).
  • If you still have not received it, email us at jay@bob-usa.com for assistance.
