We ship via USPS, UPS depending on the order size, value, and destination.

4) Shipping Restrictions

• U.S. shipping only. We do not ship to international addresses.
• Some items (aerosols/pressurized/liquids) may have carrier restrictions.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

5) Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jay@bob-usa.com. We’ll assist with a replacement or carrier claim as appropriate.
