End25 increases reduction by mixing with existing healthy hair perm agent up to 10~50% for hair with abnormally large quantity of disulfide bond.
– After application on healthy hair, reapply a small quantity, if softening is delayed or suspended, to finish softening.
– Mix with an existing reducing agent either in the condition where softening is not possible with general reducing agent, or for healthy hair (stiff hair for extremely kinky hair) to secure the desired amount
